Common Questions
What happens in the get-to-know & placement session?
The get-to-know & placement session is free and does not count as a regular lesson. The teacher gets to know you, assesses your current level and plans the lessons together with you – so that you are picked up exactly where you stand from the very first lesson.
Do my booked hours expire?
No. Booked hours do not expire. You can use them at your own pace.
When do lessons take place?
Times are agreed after a mutual exchange. All agreed appointments are given in German time (CET/CEST) – regardless of where you or the teacher are located.
Can I start with no prior knowledge?
Yes. Beginners are warmly welcome. No prior knowledge required – neither reading, writing nor speaking Arabic. The placement session clarifies where you currently stand and lessons begin exactly there.
